Formed in 2008, Lalasweet has been focusing on music based on acoustic sounds. Their first album, [bittersweet], released in 2011, touched many hearts with its dramatic development and poetic lyrics.

After a long hiatus, their 2014 album [Your World] was nominated for the Pop Album of the Year at the 2014 Korean Music Awards, solidifying Lalasweet's unique musical style and securing a solid fan base. The lyrics, which have become synonymous with Lalasweet, resonate deeply with listeners, offering comfort not through direct consolation but by being there alongside the listener, garnering much support from the youth.

Since 2012, their internet radio show [Lalaradio] has cultivated a dedicated fanbase. Currently, they are showcasing their unique charm on the music streaming site Bugs with their show [Lalasweet's Double Life], and they frequently appear as guests on various public radio shows, displaying their wit and securing high demand for their appearances. Additionally, Kim Hyun-A received much love for her clear and pure voice in drama OSTs such as [Don’t Dare to Dream] and [A Daughter Just Like You], while Park Byul released a piano album [REFRESH #1 BY PARK BYUL], gaining attention for her unique emotional arrangements and performances.

Recently, Lalasweet has been enjoying closer interactions with their fans through YouTube and various social media platforms. Staying true to their initial goal of creating music that people want to keep close and listen to for a long time, they continue to make various musical attempts and share honest and straightforward stories, aiming to convey empathy and comfort with their distinctive sensibility.
